My Teacher's in Zen Budo and Tai Chi, Qi Gong, a small study of Yoga with a Swami, all without fail impressed on me not to worship them, revere them or project onto them as a saviour, all the time they pushed me to 'spiritual self sufficiency'. What does spiritual self sufficiency mean? It means for me that I seek for my inner teacher, to feel for the intuitive consciousness, to know by trail and error the right 'feel 'of the inner guidance. One of the many workshops I present is entitled 'From Psychic to Intuition' not very popular with those that channel and mediums, however, may I add that I respect mediums, channelers, tarot, astrologers, I Ching, Runes, and at times I use the Runes, it is the dependency or addiction that can be the sticking plaster to carrying on carrying on.

I have found during experiments with folk who use an intermediary that it can be a substitute for the intuition. It can also be an excuse for a failed prophesy or reading. In the late 60's I was in a centre and they were trying to find which way a certain building should point, many world renowned sensitive's were called in, incidentally I class sensitive's as those who do not use an intermediary, the others are channelers. There were six sets of channelers, each had a guide or guides, used various dowsing, media and so forth. The dilemma came when their pronouncements were all different. The outcome was that the founder tuned into their vision of the centre and got the message. It was a shameful sharing each one actually blaming their guide and saying 'well I am only a channel Ark Angel this or Master that gave me the message'. You stand or fall on your own spiritual acumen when you are a sensitive; you have to be a spiritual warrior.

The world today is separated by religious and cultural differences', the Chief Constable of Cambridge stated recently that there are a hundred different languages spoken in Cambridge and the Police are spending a fortune on interpreters, and she has now prepared a booklet explaining the cultural and law requirements so as to live peacefully and respectfully in Cambridgeshire. It was interesting one or two points were not to spit, shout or fondle citizens. Then there are those with differing religions, cults and the like who feel their ways are best and try to convert others, politically the same ethos. I have found the same separateness in the so called New Age blogs, websites and channelers. Being a sensitive maybe a way [oh dear another way] of just being. No affiliation to any creed, sect, religion or discarnate entity. The allegiance is to the inner connection to the Godhead Within. Then comes the cry "How do I know if I am in touch with the Godhead or just fooling myself with inner fantasy and impulse"? Here long years of being still, quiet within, trial and error, and the outcome of this are wisdom, patience, compassion and intuitive cognisance.

The real spiritual path to the acquisition of enlightenment maybe any of the paths mentioned above, as long as one is prepared to journey on, to release all props, and as a Native American Chief said to me " Brother can you walk naked only the Great Spirit and Its Whisperings to Guide You. Like the Elk who knows the way of Nature so should you walk, walk the path of not knowing and yet knowing when needed". [In an earlier blog I shared a quote that came to me in a crisis and after a long inner quiet this came 'I know that I do not know but when I need to Know I will know'. ].

Perhaps when the world becomes a quieter place, that is when people become quieter, when the rush of outside acquisition of thrill seeking and fanatics cool down and the stubborn loosen up we may find that inner centre of peace and calm which is the centre we all share as a common denominator. Maybe this is the centre of all knowing too and we all from the base share a common heritage, we hopefully may recognise that each and everyone feels the same inner peace and from this springs the individual creative expression.

Some years ago and just recently I had to remove some of my leaflets from a religious hall rented out for a workshop because it was offensive, fare enough, however we could have the hall, so I said 'Well we shall be doing the works on the leaflet' the reply' 'as long as the congregation do not see it and we get paid that's OK'. Another time a priest said to me you must not go still and meditate meditation is on words, in that stillness an evil entity can enter. My reply what about Be Still and Know I am God Within Thee. His reply, When you are the Master you can say this, this is merely for your contemplation. I am just a testy as the above. Can it be I should be silent? Only the one can say who feels it. Some would say it is a cop out.

I read many blogs and articles about us ascending into the 4th and 5th dimensions. Agreed Jesus said "My Fathers House has many mansions" Scientists tell us there are many dimensions, many parallel worlds, maybe they are all the same thing. However, what dimension does God Live in? To say we are entering a dimension spiritually is labelling it, defining it and imprisoning it in a concept. Perhaps even 2012 is one of these too. Yes for sure there are huge energies around and transforming energies abound. I feel that we are limitless and the only dimension is the one all encompassing Consciousness of the One Life that we move live and have our being. Enlightenment is Omniscient, omnipresent, and omnipotent. The levels of consciousness are a mere dropping away of irrelevancies that block our way to Cosmic Consciousness. Yes a guide may say this as well, but do we rely on the guide to do it for us? So the 4th and 5th and presumably millions more through the constant cycle and rounds of evolution are what? Signposts, reference points? How can we quantify these levels, what are levels in consciousness. Where does an innernaut [equivalent to an astronaut in consciousness] decide in weightlessness and space with no definition the level they are on or dimension? Well instruments, space geometry and the like, the known parameters. In consciousness is there such a thing? The only real guide is to leave the known, the safe, the prop, and launch out, this is risk, it is uncomfortable, it is pioneering, an explorer of the unknown, which in turn becomes the known and so on.

Here a radical shift arrives, we may have to tear up our sacred texts, and we have to give up our guides, our expectancy of a favourite newsletter or blog, we may have to take a leap into the unknown and then discover it is not scary but freedom. We may not have to rely on angelic messages, ET's, discarnate messages, expecting on certain astrological dates to see an inner event take place. Are we brave enough to embrace the way less way, be a warrior in spirit? Love is letting go of fear.

What then is the answer? Maybe there are not concrete answers. In a technical manual for a car, a discipline, yes there are answers. Maybe in life's journeys there are only answers in the moment, an intuitive insight.

When we read about a message from another dimension about light energies coming in from a being about entering a portal, going through a gate of initiation. How does this help the world situation. Yes one can say, well it elevates the light worker and eventually this will filter down into the mass or help in a world crisis. Yes it is comforting to sit and pontificate and get a mental buzz and use it as an excuse to do nothing practical or feel we have joined an elite club, the chosen ones. Heavens know that my blogs contain enough of these scientifically and spiritually. So where are we at this Christmas? For me carrying on carrying on. This will be cutting down on Christmas cards in fact I may not send any out all. E-mail cards yes. I feel the sentiment is there all year round, everyday should be a Christ Day, A Chanucah Day, or any other religious holy day. We should not need reminders to love and cherish each other and God. A Wesak day, a Duvali Day, an Ede Day, a Ramaddan Day. Can we be brave enough and launch out EVERYDAY IS A HOLY DAY. Let us constantly be uplifted in joy and salvation and each knowing we are each others destiny.

Addendum: - They are at it again. On Teletext ITV 1,8th Nov 2007 Kings College Scientists made an amazing discovery, sunlight is good for you and its interaction with the sun causes vitamin C

And can help anti ageing, diabetes and heart disease. Talk about reinventing the wheel. I mentioned the benefits of the sun in earlier blogs. Still be careful between 11.00 and 15.00 hrs and it is found just 20 minutes a day is sufficient. Weak immune systems, some sun cream chemicals and sitting in offices, homes and so on under fluorescent lighting, halogen and ordinary light bulbs can be an activist. Try to get full spectrum lighting. [Google this in for the purchase of]. The next one is, women who use the pill are more likely to get cervical cancer [9thNov. 2007 ITV 1 teletext] however if left off the risk is lessened ten years later, confusing. Now these two are at odds with the government advisors. Sun light is dangerous and you must use the highest factor sun cream, not so say Kings College and plethora of other scientists. Vaccinate girls from the age of 12 or so against cervical cancer, perhaps it is the pill that causes it or a virus transmitted from some men during intercourse. Are we seeing a scam to make money by the pharma again? About obesity, in the January 2008 blog there maybe another factor in this. What about the hidden additives and preservatives in so called GOOD foods. These pesticides, additives and so on lodge in the fatty tissues and cause allergies which can cause weight gain, migraines and host of other things.

When you google in Geoff freed online, you may see nearby or underneath a site named quackometer, it is run by Andy Lewis and I turn out to be almost number one quack. Thanks for the publicity Andy. Even some of my original sceptics who read my blogs because of your blog have subsequently realised as I said "today's pseudo science is tomorrows accepted science". To satisfy my fellow scientists I have removed my academic qualifications and now state the scientific theory as it is now and now is my spirito take on it, not accepted by science. I have done this not to appease or back down, but because it offended some of my scientific friends and implied my degree was offering this as science. Yes not pseudoscience but spiritual takes on theories entirely my own perception. Isn't it strange that when we go to the doctor we say "I am going to the quack", in the light of the above could be some sense in it. By the way Andy slates nearly all the well known names, Deepak Chopra and so on, and all the complimentary practices. I have never received so much acclaim as to be in the league and top the table of such prestigious people who I admire and feel are doing such great work.

Some recent research has shown when doctors went on strike in several countries the immortality rate rose[less deaths] when they returned the mortality rate went up. The flu jab figures have been doctored [excuse the pun]. When counting the deaths from flu the actual figures included pneumonia, not caused by flu. The figures are incredible. Professors in an Article in Lancet said the flu jab was more or less useless. [Google Dr Mercola and get his free newsletter and also Dr Sardi] it will open your eyes to the death toll by wrong medication, side effects and what the food industry and others are up too, see also Mitch Brattros on the global warming debacle]. Apologies if I seem a bit of nag and conspiracy rant. We need to speak our truth. On the other hand we need doctors; we need their skill their care and their dedication, along with scientists who seek the reality and truth of things. We may need medical help and when this arises I will have no hesitation to go to the quack.

Comet 17P/Holmes is causing all sorts of amazing things, changing colour, getting larger as it seems and some shamans and elders feel it maybe the blue sun in legend and prophesy named kachina. Google in for the read outs of this amazing prophesy. There are all sorts of speculation to blue [throat chakra], blue {indigo children!!!} and so on. Well there you go, tune in and see how it speaks to you. At a recent workshop I presented many people shared of their awareness to upgraded powerful energies during October and till now.

A Brazilian psychic has forecast a huge tsunami as of 04 in the same region on 23 December 2007, and a Mayan shaman has said that from November 19 2007 for sixty days there could be some serious upheaval, including a nuclear confrontation between India and Pakistan. The Brazilian Government told the psychic to keep quiet and not alarm people. Quite rightly so as in the last blog it is shown how the collective unconscious influences the severity of a natural event. It is well to remember earthquakes', tsunamis, tectonic plate movement, solar cycles, galactic and astrological line ups affects are natural phenomena. More of this in January. BREAKING NEWS Apologies for the stop and start. So much happening.

Part of the Kachina legend and prophesy says that a twin comet may appear with Kachina or near to it. Surmising that 17p/Holmes is Kachina then on January 2nd 2008 8p/Tuttle appears and its cycle and orbit is 13.6 years. This is not supported by some Elders. Chief Arvol states another prophesy, that when a white buffalo calf is born a great purging will ensue and then usher in the fifth new evolution or new age. One was born on November 14 2007.

Tuttle is widely thought to be the parent to the Ursid meteor shower. A group of Mayan from Guatemala are making a journey and meeting up with many Elders from different cultures, Maori, and I feel Inuit with Aboriginal, Inca and so on to discuss the 'end times' and recent signs, then to release their deliberations to the world. Incidentally I am told both comets can be seen together soon, maybe to be seen with naked eye or with binoculars. End Times is NOT THE END OF THE WORLD, only the end of an era, and like detoxing there has to be an elimination of the old to make space for the new.

There is a song 'Where do I begin---' Well at the beginning? Okay. Here we go again. Let us look again at the global warming debacle; I call it a debacle because it would seem the carbon emission theory of global warming could collapse if the new evidence is investigated thoroughly. I must emphasise it is vitally important to stop the greenhouse gases and carbon emissions, not because of Global warming but because it rapes the Earth of natural supplies, causes ill health through pollution and robs the indigenous people of their homes and puts materialism and mammon as saviours and Gods of salvation.

It has been stated in earlier blogs that the sun goes through its cycles and in relationship to these cycles we can see from graphs (Earth's Sun – Crystal Links pages 27-29), that at Sun High and Low sunspots that there is a relationship between the rise and fall of species, fauna, flora and civilizations. There is also evidence through archaeology, fossil evidence, and forensics that certain chemicals, hormones and the Earth's magnetic fields were influenced too.

This evidence is further corroborated by Dr R. Timothy Patterson (professor and director of the Ottawa-Carleton Geosciences Centre, Department of Earth's Sciences, Carleton University) who states that the ' that the mud at the bottom of B.C. fjords reveals that solar output drives climate change'. He goes on to say that tree rings, ice cores and so on substantiate this. You can google him in and read more. This is also substantiated by Mitch Brattros and the elders of our race. Dr Patterson does not agree with Al Gore, Angela Merkel, David Suzuki or Stephen Harper. Looking at the time lines of the Mayans, the graphs as above, Dr patterson, Mitch Brattros and other research you may see a link and begin to see the cyclic nature of the Sun and other planets with our moon, and to its affecting climate change. For sure we must ensure we do not overburden the planet by denuding and raping the natural resources so causing more deserts and hardship to peoples and their livelihoods.

There is evidence that this change is Universal. Dr Dmitriev a Russian scientist states that there are planetary changes (again google in for his work—or just Russian scientists and Planetary changes) and also his work on the changing harmonics of our DNA spiral, he states also that the solar system itself is moving into a more highly charged area. This then coincides with my theory of 'journey towards the Central Sun' [earlier blog] which is firing up the sun as we travel in the 26.000 year cycle along the elliptic plane. Although the Sun goes through its cycle its relative distance to the Central Mass at the Centre of the Milky Way, either enhances its cycles or diminishes them. Dr Patterson says he can read the sun spots.

Let us leave the Sun and turn to the Moon. Many years ago I worked for an official Organisation and we were alerted to the Full and New Moon cycles and were informed that extra patrols were needed as the crime rate and so on went up, accidents, memory loss, dizziness, headaches, low and high blood pressure, A+E Depts, had more admissions, data from insurance companies verified this and police records. Only lately the Brighton Police in UK and Leeds Uni, cheekily announced this as if they had made a startling discovery, having poo poohed it some years earlier. Some airlines test their staff for moon sensitivity and will rest the employees accordingly on those days. Some even go by biorhythm charts. Why cannot GP's do the same?

A scientific theory named displacement says that earthquakes can be caused by and especially at Full Lunar Eclipse [see last ten year or so study] and even a new moon, fluids are 'displaced', that is contract or expand, as do the tides, which by the volume of the sea, magma, lakes, rivers, ice flows, push as it were, assisted by the oscillation of the Earth, the tectonic plates to slide and so cause the tsunami and quakes. They would move anyway, however, this adds impetus to the proceedings, and again the study of natural cycles, graphs and ancient prophesies corroborate this. Think of the fluids in us! I am moon sensitive and planetary line up sensitive. Another Sun theory is that the Sun exudes huge magnetic 'vibrating Waves' which at this frequency silent sound as it were, could cause seismic activity [see Mitch Brattros for full article. ].

Onto another kind of related subject. Dr Elizabeth Rauscher [plenty about her on the internet] is a brilliant scientist, one that I applaud and also brings my awareness to a point of 'I wonder where she is really coming from?' She works closely with the Institute of HeartMath [www.heartmath.org] this organisation along with Dr Rauscher is attempting a Global Coherence Monitoring System(GCMS), a complicated and elaborate system to track the fluctuations in the Earth' s magnetic fields generated by the Earth and the Ionosphere. One of the aspects is to see whether the Earth's field is influenced by, or reflected in, the human heart rhythm patterns, or brain activity, and whether this field can foretell quakes, volcanic eruptions and other phenomena. It explores whether the magnetic field is influenced by the collective unconscious or emotional resonance and whether collective emotional intuitivism can predict this. They have found that three weeks before the St.Helens eruption the magnetic field of Earth changed. [see earlier blog on ethmoid bone and thalamus calcium cycle]. [also earlier blog on REG's set up and also the Field by Lyn Mc.Tagart and The Bleep, Down the Rabbit Hole, particularly Dr Dean Raidin]. Scientists are becoming aware of the interaction between, human animal and plant energy fields. The ionosphere emits a cacophony of frequencies ranging from 0.01 to 300 hertz, some of these are included in the human range of heart and brain [see my earlier blogs, also danger of phone masts, fluorescent tubes, micro waves and the like, the electronic smog]. Animals in Chinese Zoos are being monitored regarding their movements as to quakes and so on. Why not use human sensitive's?

Now what is the concern I have over Dr Rauscher, I know she works with healers and I feel she has the best intentions, however, looking at her credentials [see her CV on the net] she has access and is privy to the highest security networks and she made a statement, which maybe out of context and is "give me the money and in three months-----and I'll be able to affect the behaviour of 80% of the people in this town without them knowing. Make them happy—or at least they'll will think they are happy or aggressive" [quoted from the internet and you can find it in the sites under her name]. As I say it maybe out of context, I am not into conspiracy theories, if this is true and she is still connected to spurious sources that wish to mind control us, then investigate this, should I be wrong I unreservedly apologise. However she has worked in Mount Shastra with healers, and, the quote above maybe is meant to slur her by the spurious sources.

Now to some science fiction or is it. In the 70's I was at Findhorn and when attuning to something to do with space and ET, I got that I would go to South America one day and pick up HIC'S [ high intelligence crystals], these were crystals that sensitive's would find and by Psychometry, get the messages out of them. Try as I may I have never been allowed and even stopped from going to the USA and South America. However just recently I have made an acquaintance that has gone to South America and knew of these HIC'S and said she will retrieve them and do it for herself and me. Watch this space. At the time that I got the hic message I was linked with two people a former Tank Officer who has passed on and lived in Devon or Cornwall and the great Grandson of Col Fawcett [google in] who searched for the lost city of Ibez in South America [look him up, there is a mystery that I will not go into fully]. Col Fawcett disappeared and his son who searched for him also, this happened in the Roncodor region of South America, some years later his great Grandson had the vision to find the caves where they searched and was assured by the local ethnic tribes that they were not murdered. On taking slides of the caves, strange faces appeared on the negatives ONLY when projected. Kodak, Eastman and so on could find no explanation. The faces are those of the five races I described in my UFO some blogs back. I met Timothy Paterson [great grandson of the Fawcett's] at Baroness Edmee Di Pauli's home at an evening slide show, I took with me friends who knew of my findings in the 60's of these races and I was shocked to see these faces appear as shown. What goes around comes around. I now await my new friends return from Peru and other countries. More or less at this time I met Elizabeth Van Buren [another person mysteriously drawn to South America] see her book the Return of the Star People and again there were connections with underground cities and races.

I do not understand fully my connection with the above. Perhaps many of us who have these synchronicities have been here before. Nearly all the people above have I feel been sent to 'assist the race through the birth pangs of a new era'. I will say that if you read Zachariah Sitchin, The Space Ships of Ezekiel by Joseph F. Blumerich [Chief of the systems layout branch of NASA and co-builder of the Saturn V rocket] my UFO blog, the Mahabharata, the findings of archaeological digs and findings of Sir John Marshal in the 20's and Sir Mortimer Wheeler in 1946, you may be astounded at what was found, such as evidence of nuclear weapons, space ships and so forth and very many indigenous stories of huge explosions as bright as many suns, complete infertile areas and so on. Have we been through the present day scenario before? Have we come back to try to stop a repeat. Einstein was asked if there was a third world war what would the weapons look like or be he replied" if there is a fourth world war they will be rocks". Are old souls arriving or have arrived to assist the Crystalines , the indigo's the silcones, the twelve stranded DNA beings? Being slightly cynical, do we ascend to the 4th, 5th dimension and leave the poor b------s behind? I feel we need to be grounded. Will 2012 have enough aware beings to reach critical mass? Will the mind benders stop the 'ascension'? Well we have choice and enough choosing, all pulling the same way, not individual fantasies just may swing the change into the Aquarian dream.

ADDENDUM: - The energies are very strong and many are feeling the transformative energies and their related symptoms. These are switching on folk so there is hope of a critical world mass.

The more I accumulate in mind or material—the more I have to let go of. I can experience all as long as I do not horde and believe possessions are my Life. If I live through my possessions, when they die, I die. When I live as me I live forever.

Beauty is something that brings out the love in me. Because beauty makes me feel love, I may wish to posses it and it can be an addiction. True love allows freedom and gives itself away so that it creates a space for greater love, a love that is not grasping, or possessive. Like a beautiful flower, a sunset, scenery that takes my breath away, an awe inspiring moment. Enjoy it, cherish it, and let it go. Avoid comparisons so that I can enjoy the next and not project onto it the past experience and so see an overlay of what is now in its pristine and prime form. Beauty is an offering from the Eternal One------there is more to follow.

The Lft. Colonel I referred to was Tom Welsh [maybe Walsh] and he lived at Venton Mill in Devon. Timothy Paterson and Tom arranged trips to the Roncodor, and should my memory be correct it is in the interior of Brazil and the word means 'snoring' as large anaconda's apparently make a noise similar to snoring when digesting a large meal [this is subject to verification], anyway Timothy and Tom told me that they invoked the Deva for serpents and snakes before entering the region, mainly because of the venomous snakes which infested the cave area and lay partially buried in the sand entrances. One of the slides showed track marks of large snakes in the sand and some people who had been on these trips said they heard slithering noises in the night. Wey Hey not my cup of tea and I remember Tom asking me whether I would like to go, I must say it did not appeal to me after these tales of sleepless nights,, however if it felt right I would have gone, and when it did Tom went and left the planet and Timothy went back to Italy and I could not trace him even to now. PSS. From about the 9th October 2007 until now which is as I type Full Moon 26th October 2007, I have received a huge amount of phone calls, faxes and e-mails with folk saying they feel a huge heat, sleepless nights, strange intense dreams, fuzziness, dizziness, weird spaces in their lives and so on, me too. Many although hugely hot did not have a virus or temperature. There were websites and writers who said this would be a very energetic time. It felt to me like the Kundulini flu or dross alchemic purging. Many went to A+E and nothing was found. Then there is a forecast [see Mitch Brattros] that 19th November 2007 could see an nuclear incident around India and Pakistan.

NASA reported a comet 17P/Holmes, bright now in the sky, usually it is hard to see, and they are unsure why it is so bright. It comes around every seven years. Interesting point, it is the end of a 9 year and cycle, and 2008 brings in a 1 year, this is told to me by a numerologist friend. Is there a link between the seven year cycle, the comet and new beginnings?

There is a debate as to whether a mental discipline says that is some hundreds of years old and now taught by Eastern Gurus are beneficial in these times of media and political indoctrination, which is trend or mass brain washing. Is the mental or so called spiritual method often taught by chanting and swaying not merely the 'media hype' of that bygone age? An example of this is a dear friend of mine who has surrendered herself to a well known Guru, she said to me "I cannot live with myself as it is, I have not the will power, the awareness to free myself from my agony and find inner peace, so I just leave it to the Guru, to teach me in the ancient teachings and follow without questioning his words". Many people may say yes this is the way, and some will say this is how radical fundamentalism is born; others may even say well better a spiritual discipline with its morals than the decay of this immoral and amoral generation we witness now. The solution may arise from what we may term or feel is spiritual. To worship through prayer and supplication a God we cannot see but maybe feel is to some spiritual. Some scientists and psychologists may see this as a brain/mind produced phenomena and a mere way of coping with life. Others may prefer affirmations and repeating beliefs, and so by strong intonation and emotions aided by mind intoxicating rituals bring about ecstatic states and in group bonding. Witches, Wickers and so forth [so termed white or black] feel there way is spiritual and so on, the list is endless.

What about the so called hermetic way. The mystic who seeks endlessly to find the truth of life and creation, by eradicating thought and programmes to finally arrive at pure illumination, light and awareness. Maybe then the fog and mists of differing dogma and doctrines finally clear and the pure experience of God stands alone as spiritual. Perhaps the boiling pot of today's world is simmering away the differences so as to arrive at a common denominator.

Politically this can be seen as a world government, a central dictum for the entire world to follow, a uniform, boring conformity, eliminating character and enterprise, suffocating spontaneity and intuitive creations. A well known large country would like this to happen and well known sect of many religions would like theirs to be the only one too, again creating stereotyped automans.

Nature has the answer. Unity in Diversity. This means an ecological system that works in co-operation and in synthesis. It follows the laws of mutual benefit and balance and is cyclic in its essence, directed by the Life Force that created and Sustains It. Nature does not have differing beliefs that separate its units, nor do our bodies unless sick. So perhaps the answer to our societies dilemma is not more laws, punishment, nanny state or to promote licentiousness and impunity, but to TEACH HOW TO ACCESS THE INTELLIGENT CREATIVE POWER WITHIN. Immediately then comes the clamour from the Guru's and such like, "I can teach the way to this and my way is the best, if the Guru does not say this then the pupils will as they feel the guru knows best,". We are back where we started.

The way we are going as a civilisation will either lead us to make or break point. Let us examine this. Global warming in my opinion is both cyclic and man made. This has happened before and there are graphs that show when global warming through the sun activity is high or low populations have arisen and fallen. I will go into this in addendum to follow. However we have a responsibility to not add to this warming and it will throw up most of the things we do to kill ourselves, cause ill health and put profit before sharing.

Through the very act of survival we may come to the premise that finding and contacting of the Life Force in the Natural world, the Cosmos and ourselves and feeling that connection and instinctively knowing, as our bodies know when in a silent, quiet mind we are prompted to 'right action', then and only then, in my opinion will we be like nature, diverse yet bonded by the unity of the recognition and feeling of the underlying Life Force, the energy that is emitted in intelligent form by God Almighty, the Unseen Force behind Creation in form.

Can humankind put aside its monstrous selfish ego and step forward into a new era, stripped of selfish intentions, animosity and glamour. We may have to be brought to our knees and see our precious belongings go into the flood waters [I felt so deeply for those flooded people and their houses, the tsunami's, the forest fires, the droughts, the killings, wars, and so on], like the ten plagues in the old testament will we have to go through all this in order to wake up!!!? I see this in me; I have a part of all this in me, I own it and this is my bit of bringing to the surface the patterns that is part of my minds connection with the collective unconscious. I welcome the process of peeling the onion and clearing my karmic truckload, and as painful as it maybe and my ego rebellion, I will carry on. I do this not only for my own peace of mind and to live with myself, but to serve the Life Force in whatever way I can and hopefully benefit nature and humanity in whatever capacity the Creators Force Has In Mind For me.

You mustn't play conkers; you mustn't blow bubbles as children may slip on the wet floor — so many now, the latest all those between 60 and 70 are to be sent colon cancer testing kits. Talk about a fear generated older generation. My Doctor recommends twelve tests a year, some of my neighbours ritually spend a year of tests and are so worried about the results that they become ill; some are on at least fifteen drugs a day. Straight bananas by law from the EU, what is Yoghurt? EU. Come on it has been proven in articles on the Mercolla website that when Doctors went on strike in three countries the death rate went down. This has happened more than once. Come On Nanny UK. Is the UK becoming a Nanny Goat? If you annoy a goat and you turn your back on one, it may butt you in the butt. Perhaps the governments of the world need a good kick up the ----!

The Aurigrids a meteor shower came in on September 1st 2007. The source is thought to be a comet named Kiess a comet that appeared 2000 years back. The shower has appeared in 1935, 1986 and 1994. GF

This year sees 13 full moons which occur every 19 years and Saturn moved into Virgo for the first time in three decades. What does all this mean to you? GF

Look Back in Time is an accepted science, when you look out into space you are actually looking back in time. This is because of the speed of light. At short distances the light travel time is less than a second. The Sun being so far from the Earth, light from the Sun takes 8 minutes to reach Earth. As distances get longer so does the Look Back Time. Our closest star, Alpha Centauri, takes the light 4.3 years to reach us; the Andromeda Galaxy is seen as it was 2 million years ago. The Hubble Deep Field telescope has pictures of galaxies as it was billions of years ago, that's when the Earth was beginning to form. The finite speed of Light means that we must always be out of date. A simple question, what is happening right now on the Sun? Right now as we see it is eight minutes back. There is a galaxy NGC 6240, which is 400 million light years away, this is 400 million years out of date. Astronomers' observing this are therefore 400 million years behind time- that is Earth time. Albert Einstein said, "The past, present and future are only illusions, even if stubborn ones. "

Looking at NGC 6240, the assumed and predicted merger of a super massive black hole or holes, has more than likely happened, perhaps 250 million years back, we may know this in roughly 150 million years. Many of the phenomena in space maybe extinct, however, their light exists and comes to us.

The above gave me an insight. In previous blogs it is mentioned that light [not refracted light as we see it though our atmosphere] but photons and magnetic frequencies contain information. Scientists' such as Liberman, Popp and Saxton-Burr confirm this. Then the postulation is that the Universe being an intelligent Sentient Organic Being is sharing information as an internet and each particle, each planet and so on, being a node or intelligence point, downloading and sending on information so that like our bodies [see back blogs] the translation and transforming of higher energies to lower ones [see June and July 2007 blogs] from the minuscule to the massive is a process of dissemination of energy waves of magnetic and photonic information.

Bearing the above paragraph in mind, the vast bodies that may now physically have dissolved, have now shed their knowledge as Light which is reaching us from the outreaches of space. This would mean that the Universe is Unfolding itself to us as it appears from the Past to give us Its knowledge once held in a so called solid body form. Analogous to this is a person who lives in a corporate body, gathers their knowledge over their sojourn and passes on, leaving their wisdom and insights to be passed on, in book, DVD, video, or spiritually in the Akashvic records. Tracing this back to the Mind of God, the Consciousness behind Creation, it is theorised that The Great Source Of Life, created and endowed the vast bodies of Space with Knowledge. They accrued this knowledge through their vast Life Spans, and when their time came to pass over, dissolve their corporate form, they then disseminated this in a huge burst of Light and this travels throughout the vastness of Space, which is through consciousness and is absorbed by various entities to be their next step in evolution. These hand me downs of evolutionary next steps occur in sequential, arranged stages. Various stages occur at specific spirals of evolution, seemingly to us in proportion and commensurate to our experiences and in what bodies we find ourselves in, the time space continuum of our existence and so on. We are at a large leap at this moment in Earths history. The great round of the 26, 000 year cycle is upon us and as we venture towards the 2012 year and beyond, we discover more of the galaxy and more so called out there and we then receive more of the information which then is concomitant to our development.

At the level and state of consciousness we experience, there appears to be a past, sometimes a present and a future. We maybe are moving to a place or state of consciousness, this itself a misnomer, for consciousness is a moving dynamic, and we hold consciousness to a pattern, or mould it to our belief systems, so freezing thought to a programme, which in its turn shapes or moulds our reality. However, we maybe soon to break free of this stultifying appearance of solidity and move into a more freely moving reality and scenarios of less possessiveness and time space continuum in which, the past is not regurgitated into the future. The idea being to free the future by letting go of the past and so be in the now.

Science is some cases a great blessing. At the particle level all appears 'loose, not so tightly bound together', solidness is not so solid, the rational mind finds this hard to grasp, this world seems more a concept, more a realm of consciousness. This discovery when it percolates through the collective unconscious, the sums of minds of humanity, when this is digested and assimilated it will break open the tightly held fanatical mind sets of religious fanatics, constipated scientists, hard headed industrialists, stubborn politicians, toffee nosed atheists and know all blogers like me!!!

Propinquity is described as the nearness in time, proximity, kinship, similarity in nature. The Universe has these qualities and as we travel or evolve in our consciousness, which means to expand and stretch our beliefs to a more generous outlook, more altruistic attitude we may embrace that kinship and discover whatever race, culture or religion indeed there is a definite sameness if not similarity in nature. Prospopoeia or prosopopela is described as the impersonation of an absent speaker or imaginary speaker, personifications, as abstract or inanimate objects, masks, dramas and such like. The astral world is full of this and we will see this quality stripped, we are moving towards the ultimate in glamour, fantasia, media and graphic unrealities, surrealism and hype. The bubble will burst soon and the let down for many will feel like withdrawal symptoms [smoking ban] a healing crisis and while the nanny state prevails many more masks will be exposed. The veil of deceit which prevails is the fog of the astral and lower psychic domain and the imaginary voices, the personifications hoisted on objects, talismans and the like will be lifted and clarity of the new vision becomes obvious.

Going off on another tack, new words appear, and some are used in other contexts. As before intentionalising, radicalising, and then phrases, 'I don't do so and so' a famous one by a politician, 'I don't do God '. Like the energies of transformation new situations are cropping up and so words are sometimes inadequate therefore these modifications of language. Analogous to this is the downloading of new energies and so the brain synaptics and neurotransmitters have to form new brain hardwiring which in turn has to send a new cascade of neuropeptides and so a whole new thought/brain. /neuropeptide interface and configuration set up. Particle physics has the same anomaly as to how to explain the unexplainable to logic at the sub atomic levels. Intuition has the same mystery to the logic and is often scoffed at by the hard left brained persona. This then is the way to go or a pointer, to marry the opposites or the dual polarised aspects of the one. Like then seesaw the point of balance is in the middle and so the middle way is becoming the more appropriate than a leaning to extreme attitudes and posturing. We see today a much polarised situation, extreme fanatics of all persuasions being desperately pleaded with by extreme political correctness. Then there is the nanny state, no playing of conkers, clowns not allowed to blow bubbles in case children slip on the wet floor, permission to put non offensive flags up in case someone is offended [in one's own garden], EU laws such as bananas should be straight over a certain length and so on, massive laws made by the EU so that no one knows which one to apply. The banning of herbs, natural food and the like which for thousands of years have proven to work, and yet prescribing of medicinal drugs with huge side effects and doctors and hospitals in the UK responsible for over 24.000 deaths by mistakes [only takes one natural therapist to one mistake and howls of derision and shutdown are tumultuously lined up, as dangerous, not proven], often profit is the motive behind much of this. Somehow this reflects the shift of the ages, the end of an era. Desperate attempts to fit the new free ideas and concepts into the old patterns, long past sell by date and yet resold under new fresh and pristine. The result confusion, why you may ask, the old does not work, the new not fully accepted, where then does one go from there?

This is how it should be, the transition the overlap, the moving from one house to another, the shift of concepts, the rapid information, the pace of life, yes 'there is a river running very fast, jump in do not hold onto the banks, see who is in there with you and celebrate — we are the people we have been waiting for'. [Hopi Prophesy].

Just lately a few people and myself have felt a kind of disconnection from the 'old source of energy', and I can describe it as a connecting to a deep energy source, as if the Life Force is coming from deep dark space, at first it seemed to be outer space, like from look back time, now it feels as if that outer space has co joined with the inner space as it were in my head. It is energising and complete in its essence.

What of the years ahead. I saw a TV programme on the worlds tallest youngsters, some were 7feet and 7inches tall, and the commentators said that young people were getting taller [see UFO blog], well there are all sorts of reasons, food, modern exercise programmes, mind expansion, and the new download energies, we can expect more of this and other mind blowing happenings. The world of science is acknowledging [New Scientist] that the big bang may just be one of many [see my blog in UFO and other blogs] that the Darwin theory maybe incorrect, that there are anomalies in our DNA, perhaps even some of it ET. Watch this space and I mean other writers as well. Mentioning other writers, great ones like Jeremiah Lindsay, Fif Hugenholtz, Gregg Braden, Karen Bishop, Shala Mata, Celia Fenn, Urial, and so many more, we all have our own expression and I feel we compliment one another well. However, not many of us mention or give praise in our blogs to others, I would like to dedicate my thanks to all who have the courage as above to write and 'be out there' we do take some stick and flack, we are pioneers, explorers, and often are maligned for daring to go out of the uniform, to jump into the unknown and say, write and be brave with the new concepts which often make the old school uncomfortable.

ADDENDUM:- A few people have noted some experiences which have synchronised with mine. I therefore will attempt to describe or relate this.

There is a kind of background energy, a feeling perception that is akin to an underground current beneath the main stream of everyday awareness. The awareness that is focussed on the superficial, mundane mind preoccupation and chatter, the programme. This background energy is a gentle laser, yet fermenting, eroding the grit and deposits of ancient 'stuff'. Stuff is the outworn accumulation of patterns that are redundant and lodge in the neurone network as old 'wiring connections', and consequentially this is then deposited chemically into the body. The body becomes the repository, the dumping ground, the landfill for all the brains manufacturing networks. The body believes everything we tell it, and acts accordingly.

The other perception that is powerfully apparent is that my awareness seems just what it is, awareness. This feels like clear glass which a viewer, the silent witness within[in some ways this is confusing, for the awareness is neither within or outside, it is all pervading, however the experience of it in clarity, no mind thoughts present, feels within, it is a if I experience myself as awareness and so within]perceives and experiences. This at intervals seems to expand and 'see' more. Like most interior and intuitive experiences the description falls short of the 'real experience'. In quiet moments and in hectic activity, this 'empty awareness' appears from the so called background, and interrupts into the internal dialogue and mutes without suppression the usual habitual mind chatter. Sometimes the habitual chatter fights back, yet there is a sense it is not as powerful as it used to be. Occasionally in order to re-establish its domain the ego [the collective mind programmes held to together by the super glue of fear, and cemented by repetition], causes alarms of health in the body as viruses, colds, allergies, stiffness and so forth, then the redeeming energy of clarity awareness comes to liberate and resolve and dissolve the situation.

When in the 60's and 70's I did the martial arts and Tai Chi, Qi Gong it seemed then I had so much inner peace and clarity, then from the 80's till now I seemed to have gone through a deep dredging. Stuff from way back when is surfacing and a huge clear up operation is in process. This then are the shared experiences which many and myself are going through, it feels a return to the inner peace is nigh and the worlds situations certainly have a need for this. Stop Press. The lunar eclipse of August 28 2007 followed by the solar eclipse of September 11 is a powerful and searching and to me searing time. Check out the BLACK VOID, NASA Astronomy picture of the Day August 27 2007[they have a huge archive and goes back years with stunning and huge information and you will see just how much is conjecture and changes as the Universe throws up anomalies and enigmas].

The above spoke to me in symbolic terms. The void is in Buddhism a reference to enlightenment, not a sterile stagnant entity or consciousness. It is the clear emptiness of pristine prime consciousness. Maybe then the Universe, the Cosmic Mind, is speaking to us and with this discovery another step towards a new clear mind way. A way that erases or raises the consciousness of separation and accumulation to unity and sharing. Could this be another portent that is a statement? Wipe clean the past, move into a new era, this is a window of opportunity, grasp it and move through to a glorious and combined future.

To me emptiness is potential, a dynamic, like at the field level or whatever name one prefers, zero potential, quantum level[quanta of energy packets], there exists probabilities, possibilities, the faculty to go beyond mind patterns, habits, dysfunctional behaviour, beyond or transcendental to logic to the intuitive[not to be confused with compulsive surges, known as fools intuition] which is a receptive open non biased awareness, in this state or beingness the yin or negative potential attracts the positive yang of fullness and so the flow of information seeps out, or leaps out of the void, to the receptive awareness, then translated into the language of the 'body' that is attuned to its receptivity.

This maybe is the way of things shown to us by the Cosmos. I would like to applaud scientists, doctors and all those who feel the 'new way of things' too way out not logical, not proven, for they inspire me to have speculative and thrilling incites, which by my own admission maybe utter rubbish, to me they have a flavour of exiting revelation. To doctors who push me to better health by their renouncement of natural therapies, to the pharmaceutical and politicians', who show me selfishness and narrow self interest, to all those who are frightened to reach out, they are my teachers of how closed I am. All of those above I bless and cherish dearly for they are my mirror, my teachers and their sacrifice of choosing to play this role in my life and on the Earth are invaluable for my growth and moral outlook.

An experiment some years back evidenced that while relaxing and imagining exercising it had the same affect as having done it. See also Nobuo Shioya [google in for website] as another type of 'mind' game or healing. This then questions the nature of reality. Should we wish to put together a scenario from our graphics, our internal memory banks then we can in our internal world feel them as a reality, another step further we reverse the above to produce the outside 'as it were reality', this then come into the category of intention and its latest craze manifesting or intentionising.

A few famous models in the fashion world thought themselves thin, although eating no special diet or training. The Buddha talked about the world of illusion, and the Course of Miracles mentions about the dream like quality of reality. My feeling is that the ingrained programmes of many incarnations plus the constant barrage of this Life through media, the internet bringing the collective unconscious to conscious awareness steeps the programmes into depths of compressed auto habits. Many of today's programmes are subliminal and get behind the rationale. These compactions of concepts, facilitated by clever marketing advertising media, seduce with vivid glamorous imaging and catch phrases the almost irresistible compulsion to comply.

The seduction completed the mind stores these images and because of the appeal and pleasure and the identification with super heroes takes a general population of asleep people, hypnotised and appeased to believe these improvised highly emotionally charged pictures as reality. The mammon and capitalistic materialism divides the population into have and have not's. The Have not's feel lack of self worth, lack of privileges with the Have's feeling superior and relatively safe. The out come being that the Have Not's are fed the longing to be as the Have's and so the media feed the materialistic dream which can become obsessive and add to global rape of resources and mental illness. This feeds what the Buddha described as the pleasure pain principle,

If we are constantly seeking pleasure then a failure to gratify this becomes in many instances failure and therefore pain, we then try to remove pain by seeking more pleasure and so the wheel of Samara continues [samsara, Hindu and Buddhist terms for the constant round of suffering, birth and death] this being the world of illusion or of a dream like state. When we think or memorise we make brain neurone connections, a network of electrical tendril like connections [see the 'Bleep' or anatomical brain atlas] these have been found to 'click' or download electromagnetic fields, which like tuning into the channels on the TV or such like produce the holographic visuals in the brain or mind screen. Once again we see the illusion of reality. The Bodhisattva who came to China from India, was constantly asked during his six year stay in a cave waiting for his successor, please help me in some form or other? He remained in meditation. Hueng Neng who later became the successor, asked "My Mind is Troubled with the constant stream of thoughts and they torment me, how can I stop this intrusive flow" The Bodhisattva felt the time was right and said to Neng, "cut out your mind, put a thought in my hand and I will liberate you" Neng realised the illusionay dream like substance of thought and his mind fell to inner peace and silence. Where upon the Bodhisattva died and Neng became the first Chan Patriarch of China.

When observing the mind with alert attention, in other words watching oneself watching the mind, there maybe an experience when an emotion is present and we can watch it before it becomes attached or identified with an' outside ' object or an inside projection of the object. This we then see as an energy emotive force which is then glued to the object of its desire. It is indeed an energy field [see Eckhart Tolle 'pain body'] and is the raw emotion before depicting a scenario. Close attention then by mere observation begins to still the mind as we BEGIN TO SEE FOR OURSELVES THE NATURE OF ILLUSION AND THE DREAM LIKE QUALITY OF THOUGHT AND MIND CONTENT. This revelation does not imply changing by will, judgement or discipline of suppression. The very act of Attention without Intention that is Awareness without Bias begins the disentanglement which leads one from the path of delusion, suffering and the eternal round of incarnations to freedom and true reality.

This liberation is then experienced as inner peace and happiness [Sukka in Sanskrit, and its constant state of bliss as Nirvana, Samadhi, and one is said to be enlightened or a jivan mukti, a free soul living in a human body]. Until the mind is completely free, then there are interspersions of ignorance of reality. Reality is then classed as Sukka, Nirvana, Satori, and so forth.

Observing the world political, environmental and aspirations to materialism we can see how the peoples of the world are driven to excitation and madness pursuing more of the outside projections of reality and becoming a slave, addicted to outside perishable forms [including their own bodies] and so becoming inwardly impoverished, out of control and weak. Inflamed by raw passion and sensual gratification the endless search for more thrills and adrenalin rushes, so the helter skelter of craziness spirals. Then culminating in the punitive laws so suppressing the raw emotions which then go subterranean and become volcanic eruptions of violence and hatred.

Perhaps here an education programme in the study of the mind and how it works, definitely not psychiatry by drugs or behavioural correction, which merely substitutes one programme for another, or supervisory detention. What is needed is a way through guided introspection, awareness and meditation with Yoga, Tai Chi Qi Gong, Zen Karate, Judo and Aiki Do is needed to bring awareness of the mind, the illusion of gratification by the ' I want ' mentality and the rewards only in material and sensual pleasures.

Regarding the above it maybe seen and felt that the process of the new energies pouring into Earth, heralding a new spiral of evolution is facilitating the breakdown of the old outward bound patterns. This stripping away of the old as felt by many can be the cause and sensations of the 'new energy ascension or alchemic processes, the headaches, dizziness and so forth '. The confusion between the new downloads and the old programmes, the outside news with the inside feelings of the NEED TO CHANGE. As said so many times before we have TO LET GO, we desperately need new politicians[let us hope Northern and Southern Ireland can be a template] for sensible, generous and not so much tolerant living but harmonious living together. Let The Winds of Change be felt. A Buddhist view is that in many cases suffering can be the key or turnabout needed to push one to change. The question how long will it be for the majority of Humankind to Wake Up before the critical state of the Planet demands it? There is a speeding up a feeling of climax, a boil to burst and maybe that critical mass, the culmination of 'push to change' will be in 2012. Watch this space and wait and see. In the meantime keep on keeping on.

Addendum: So many nations and people have an invidious nature, they are inhomogeneous, and so many intrigante. There is lack of conscience and world inanition. [For the lovers of words]

Reflection:- During my time as a Lay Zen Buddhist Monk with my Sensei The Master Zen Roshi Uyenishi[Shuishi Nangoako] from the Butotokwai Monastery in Kyoto Japan, and from my Tai Chi and Qigong Sifu Lei Nei Chong, I heard the following " Grow Like the Tree" " Live by the Do[Japanese the way], live by the Tao by Chinese. Relating to the ethos of the article above, I feel that the way our bodies grow is not determined consciously in intrinsic form. Yes of course we feed it, exercise it and so forth, yet if we just allow it; it will heal, grow and expand, however, the way that dead cells are replaced, the 615 rhythms', the DNA /RNA and so on. This coordination and harmonious collaboration is beyond our conscious efforts.

Reflecting on this we can glimpse 'THE SILENT WITNESS WITHIN' and this silent watcher is the witness to all Life's events. It is when we lose the awareness of the witness, which is our real nature; we get caught in the hurly burley of Life's experiences. Identifying with the Witness, the silent unbiased observer we become free. We can still enjoy Life. The enjoyment comes from a deep peace which adds to the enrichment of the experiences we are offered. The tree grows in its true nature, silent and free, we can emulate this in human form and to our specific role, to grow, to trust and let Nature do its work in us. The less we interfere with nature and its organic process, the innate intelligence at work in us and the world, the more serene and divine we become. Let us hope the world population comes to this awakening soon. There is a shift and awakening, the ice is beginning to thaw. Those who are clinging to the pack ice, who will not let go into a flow and harmony will have to let go as the ice melts beneath their feet. Polar Bears need the opposite!

I was a pupil of the above Masters fifty six years back and the lessons learnt then are coming to fruition now, as if the original 'ah ha' went into the vault of my being, and like the desert seed that lies dormant in the sand, springs to Life when a sparse rainfall, maybe after five years, arrives. Perhaps the new energies are activating our latent DNA [see earlier blog this year] and are the combination signals or codes to release the information stored in our deep vault minds. We are awakening from our dream. Who is the Dreamer? Ask yourself Who Am I? The Answer I am Me, then Who is this Me? Contemplate this long enough and you may have an 'Ah Ha'.

Thank you for the feedback from June blog and glad so many of you understood and liked it. Many have wondered if there is the human made pollution symptoms and not the transformation energies that produce them, and the governments or mass protestation, rallies, e-mails and so forth fail to produce change then what is the solution. Can we just leave it to God and hope the energies of change will magically bring about the transformations we crave? Do we have to just merely intentionise [forgive the coining of the new wording craze] and hey presto here it is? Will enough people with media support be sufficient to turn the tide and loosen or pierce the thick skins of the hard headed ones who resist change and say as I heard at the time of writing, "oh, all is well the planes, carbon emissions and so on they will not affect the Earth, the Earth is big enough to take on the emissions and more and the natural cycle change as well". These are many of the feedback remarks that were asked to comment on plus a couple of more scientific items that you requested to go into a bit more and a new slant on one or two. Remember these are concepts to be mulled over, researched and if it feels right accept it, if not perhaps put it on the back burner for another time.

Perusing the many theories regarding ascension [known as transfiguration, alchemic process, phoenix process, transformation process, my one is Aquarian Alchemic Light Body, resurrection process] there seems to be a number of common elements: 1) There is change whether one believes it is Cosmic or Human Made. 2) Cosmically there is channelling, Ancient Prophesies. 3) Astrologically there were and are the same arrays around as historically depicted. 4) This is part of a cyclic syndrome. 5) Many are feeling the effects synchronistical and in differing times zones. 6) Solar and The Central Sun [Centre of the Galaxy Emanations] are causing huge inputs of energy] no one for sure knows what the result of the process will be, for sure change of some sort. 7) There is proof gradually emerging of a mutative or evolutionary change. 8) Investigation into our genetic structure has seen anomalies suppressed for many years and now becoming known and with this knowledge; it will bring about further change.

What then are the implications for the prognosis? The energies of transformation are said to be just that, transformative. They are to ascend us. A kind of rebirth or evolutionary leap, or merely to reclaim our heritage, our birthright, our divinity. What are we to be rebirthed to? Some say the fifth dimension, does this mean we shall be noncorporeal; we shall be light etheric beings? Alternatively, does this mean we shall still have a corporeal body but of a lighter composition? I feel the later. Will this happen in a twinkling of an eye at the critical mass, which some say has occurred and others feel 2012 or at a future date in a sequential linear time based but speeded up process. I feel the later. So summing up we have to sense what we feel is right for us and maybe all are correct and we are at different levels of attunement. Eventually the Sun will burn out and we shall all be in different experiential bodies either denser or finer depending on our respective agreements and contracts. This also depends to the choices we make regarding the pollution we have engendered and our response to our responsibility to our contribution to the global warming process. If you believe in the ascension process perhaps, you would like to ask yourself: 1) what this would do for me physically. 2) When will it end and what or where will I be?

According to my 1967 writings it stated that some of us could not take the huge transformation, the massive energy inputs and if we believe it is a serious illness, subscribe to old patterns, our bodies frail and unable to sustain the pressures then we would leave and pass on. Others would limp along in an agonising process and eventually break through. Then what maybe is the breakthrough? The new information is supposed to gives us better health, joyousness, longevity and a blissful nature with great healing and manifesting powers whilst still in the corporeal body, and for some this is so even now [see Moses/Jesus in back blog Feb-March 2007].

A computer analogy, when logging in I sometimes get a notice which says updates available now or later, or upgrades in process, this sometimes blocks me or I have a choice to click on or resume later. This I feel is happening to us with the new information rolling in and as we DOWNLOAD the information assimilation process [see June 2007 blog] it excites the hypothalamus and causes a new neuropeptide cascade causing a rapid detoxing, because the hormones and peptides are pushing, flushing out the slower, now redundant chemical messengers, these then are passed into the eliminatory processes, blood, lymph, pores, kidneys, liver and so on. Hence some of the fatigue, sluggishness, bloating and related alchemic symptoms, depending on the health of the organs, the resulting responses will be proportional to the ability for the organs to cope with this. The difference between the computer and ourselves we do not seem to have the ability or I do not know of it, that we can delay and hold the new inputs. If we can 'hold' then I feel we overload and I can sometimes feel this as a pain or resistance to change. I can feel reluctance sometimes to let go of old programmes and this could be the 'later download button', somehow this does not feel completely comfortable for me, even being centred and still, being aware, present is not enough at times to accept the flashes of download, assimilate, integrate and complete that part of the process.

"BEHOLD I MAKE ALL THING ANEW" This Jesus said and the word I as in the June 2007 blog is the Universal I, and from another point of view if we have a return cycle, a new turn of the spiral, an evolutionary leap, a cyclic natural phenomena, which some could say is magical. Others astrological, yes even astronomical, archaeological, then we being part of the whole, non separative, then surely whatever renewal is occurring should it not include us too. We should gladly embrace these symptoms as symptomatic of the change leading to glory and a new Life.

The Hologram here expounded as the holistic theory and its relationship to the particle emanation world is interesting. A negative of the hologram is fuzzy, blurry, and is of no local information, when projected then it makes the familiar outcome we know, the 3D. Both then have same properties of the fuzziness and blurry nature. Both particle and negative hologram have the chaos of blur and fuzz, this being that seemingly no conscious focus have been brought to this randomness or seeming chaos. Two things are apparent. Firstly the fuzz of the hologram appears to be fuzz to us because our focus needs the projector to convert it from the 'language of the particle to our language of the five senses of the body', at the hologram level it is complete and whole, we have to 'downsize it, freeze it to our time space continuum', at the particle level it is complete and whole, we have to thought form it, intentionalise it to bring it to the same 'downsize as the hologram' analogy has it. Both examples are indicative that we , because of our limited five senses have to retrieve the information from the whole, to the 'limit' that our senses are capable of understanding, analogous to this is the ordinary negative which produces the image of the picture taken and when sliced up gives a part of the whole, there is no fuzz with a camera[ unless badly taken and so on ]. Some gifted people can extend their senses to extrasensory perception and can 'see more than the limited' view, these people can extrapolate more from the whole. Maybe the rise in the energies will mean a greater perception for us and an opening into greater things, less fuzz more clarity

Some wanted more on the coil. A simple coil is a piece of metal which copper insulated wire is wrapped around in turns, this when activated or motivated by an electric source, the mains or battery, is termed the primary winding, a second wire wrapped and insulated wrapped around the core is the secondary winding which is usually available to a load source, that is a mobile phone, tape recorder and so on, this then known as a transformer[ there are many different kinds of coils and construction. ]. If the primary coil has more windings than the secondary coil then it is a step down transformer, visa versa for step up transformer. The secondary coil IS NOT in this example connected to a motivating source; it is motivated by the Primary coil by induction. The coil is motivated by the source supply, which causes a magnetic field to be set up in the secondary coil, since in the step down transformer the secondary coil has less windings it has less out put, and vice versa. Magnetic fields form standing waves of energy, which meet and cause an interference pattern, you can do this, two magnets, place them down a few inches apart and then drop iron filings around them, then see how they form arc lines [use north to south bar magnets] then see the how they relate when brought closer together.

Consider this: the heart is said to have the strongest beat or pulse, which sets up magnetic and pulse waves. Then a healthy heart through entrainment [see June 2007 blog] and the coil principle could affect another's, also vice versa. When hands on healing or distant healing are evoked then perhaps, we tap into a vaster source of energy, which flows through the ethers as in distant healing and in hands on directly. Then we may see the entrainment and coil principle come about. If the patterns of resistance are so deeply ingrained in the recipient, then a feeling of well being may ensue and after a while, the old pattern returns. We see this with the recalcitrant stubbornness with the world condition today, a deep ingrained hard-core programme, a kind of denial, yet a deep longing for change, yet a fear of loss and power. Therefore, a kind of wearing down takes place and the even the most hard granite cliffs eventually wear down by the incessant waves. Keep on Keeping on.
